Unfortunately, since this is a live event we cannot process refunds or transfer tickets. Every ticket purchase is automatically submitted to our vendor(s) and cannot be edited once processed. 

*Note: The point of this policy is to ensure our team can effectively plan and execute the event to the best of our ability. It's designed to make sure our event runs as smooth as possible for all ticket buyers and attendees. 

For a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned hereby grants to Pursuit of Profit, S-Corp, its agents, employees, licensees, and successors in interest (collectively, the "Released Party") all ownership rights and the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to copyright, use and publish the recorded image and/or voice of the Recorded Party (the "Image, video and/or Voice") that has been (or is being) obtained pursuant to this Consent and Release.

The Image and/or Voice may be copyrighted, used and/or published individually or in conjunction with other photography, video works, and recordings, and in any medium (including without limitation, print publications, public broadcast, CD-ROM format) and for any lawful purpose, including without limitation, trade, exhibition, illustration, promotion, publicity, advertising, and electronic publication.

The Purchaser represents and warrants that (i) no other party has been granted an exclusive license with respect to the Image and/or Voice, and (ii) no other party's authorization or consent is required with respect to the permission granted to the Released Party under this Consent and Release.

The Purchaser waives any right that the Purchaser may have to inspect or approve the Released Party's use of the Image and/or Voice, or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in connection with the use and/or publication of the Image, video and/or Voice. The Purchaser releases the Released Party (and all persons acting under its permission or authority) from all claims for libel, slander, invasion of privacy, infringement of copyright or right of publicity, or any other claim related to the Image and/or Voice (collectively, "Claims"). This release includes without limitation any Claims related to blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, digital alteration, use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, or use of a fictitious name, that may occur or be produced in the processing or publication of the Image and/or Voice.

THE RECORDED PARTY WARRANTS THAT THE RECORDED PARTY HAS READ THIS CONSENT AND RELEASE PRIOR TO PURCHASE, THAT THE RECORDED PARTY UNDERSTANDS IT, AND THAT THE RECORDED PARTY FREELY ENTERS INTO THIS CONSENT AND RELEASE IMMEDIATELY UPON PURCHASE FROM THE RELEASED PARTY.

The World Health Organization has declared the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) a worldwide pandemic. Due to its capacity to transmit from person-to-person through respiratory droplets, the government has set recommendations, guidelines, and some prohibitions which Pursuit of Profit, S-Corp and any of its subsidiaries (the "Organization") adheres to comply.

In consideration of my participation in the foregoing, I the undersigned acknowledge and agree to the following:

___ I am aware of the existence of the risk on my physical appearance to the venue and my participation to the activity of the Organization that may cause injury or illness such as, but not limited to, Influenza, MRSA, or COVID-19 that may lead to paralysis or death.

___ I have not experienced symptoms that of fever, fatigue, difficulty in breathing, or dry cough or exhibiting any other symptoms relating to COVID-19 or any communicable disease within the last 14 days.

___ I have not, nor has any member of my household, been diagnosed to be infected with the COVID-19 virus within the last 30 days.

Following the pronouncements above I hereby declare the following:

___ I am fully and personally responsible for my own safety and actions while and during my participation and I recognize that I may in any case be at risk of contracting COVID-19.

___ With full knowledge of the risks involved, I hereby release, waive, discharge the Organization, its officers, independent contractors, affiliates, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by me related to COVID-19 while participating in any activity while in, on, or around the premises or while using the facilities that may lead to unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19.

___ I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organization from and against any and all costs, expenses, damages, lawsuits, and/or liabilities or claims arising whether directly or indirectly for or related to any and all claims made by or against any of the released party due to injury, loss, or death from or related to COVID-19. 

By signing below I acknowledge that I have read the foregoing Liability Release Waiver and understand its contents; that I am at least eighteen (18) years old and fully competent to give my consent; that I have been sufficiently informed of the risks involved and give my voluntary consent in signing it as my own free act and deed; that I give my voluntary consent in signing this Liability Release Waiver as my own free act and deed with full intention to be bound by the same, and free from any inducement or representation.

This waiver will remain effective until laws and mandates relevant to COVID-19 are lifted.

In consideration for being allowed to participate in this Activity, on behalf of myself and my representatives, I release from all liability and promise not to sue Pursuit of Profit, and any of its subsidiaries

from any and all claims, including claims of negligence, resulting in any physical or personal property injury/damage illness, damages, or economic or emotional loss I may suffer because of my participation in this Activity, including travel to, from and during the Activity.

 

Nonetheless, I assume all related risks, both known or unknown to me, of my participation in this Activity, including travel to, from and during the Activity. I agree to hold the Pursuit of Profit, and any of its subsidiaries harmless from any and all claims, including attorney’s fees or damage to my personal property, that may occur as a result of my participation in this Activity. If Pursuit of Profit incurs any of these types of expenses, I agree to reimburse Pursuit of Profit. If I need medical treatment, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment.

 

I am 18 years or older. I understand the legal consequences of signing this document, including (a) releasing the Pursuit of Profit from all liability, (b) promising not to sue the

Pursuit of Profit, (c) and assuming all risks of participating in this Activity.

 

I understand that this document is written to be as broad and inclusive as legally permitted by the State of Idaho. I agree that if any portion is held invalid or unenforceable, I will continue to be bound by the remaining terms.

 

I have read this document, and I am signing it freely. No other representations concerning the legal effect of this document have been made to me.
